Get blackout timing right, not just blackout curtains

Light exposure timing shapes your circadian rhythm, and by extension when cortisol starts its dawn climb. The relevant window isn't just "during sleep" — it's the hour or two before bed too. Dimming lights and avoiding bright screens in that window helps keep the internal clock's cortisol ramp anchored later, closer to your actual wake time instead of drifting earlier.

Why magnesium glycinate specifically, not calcium
